In addition to maintaining the menu made up great cajun and creole favorites like Crawfish Etouffee and Shrimp Po-boys, The Cajun Kitchen will now be serving new Tapas inspired by the hottest trend in New Orleans cuisine: Cajun Asian.
Located within the Utopia Enteritainment complex, the Cajun Kitchen has fused the Cajun Creole concept to the Asian flair of Utopia to create Cajun Asian Tapas. The tapas consist of traditional appetizer sized fresh seafood and meat dishes with cajun spices with light Asian sauces. Popular tapas include Crawfish eggrolls and Wok Fried Shrimp.
The Cajun Kitchen serves up critically acclaimed Cajun/Creole cuisine with an authentic flavor that makes it a favorite eating spot in the downtown and midtown area. The Cajun Kitchen has world renowned Chef Morris Butler serving popular Louisiana dishes including Crawfish Etouffe, Jambalaya and Shrimp Creole. Chef Morris Butler, born into the art of Cajun and Creole cooking, has applied his craft in some of New Orleans’ most famous restaurant like Commanders Palace, Brennan’s and La Pavillon. Cajun Food Atlanta is www.cajunfoodatlanta.com , a website dedicated to promoting Cajun Food to all parts of Atlanta. The website will include the regular lunch and dinner menus including a specially designed catering menu used for high volume dinner meetings.
